Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Conduence LLC (“Conduence”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website. It covers the website only. Operators who license the Conduence platform receive a separate data processing agreement covering rider and trip data.

What we collect

• Information you give us: when you request a proposal we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the message you write.
• Campaign information: if you arrive from an advertisement or link, we record the campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source or gclid) with your request so we know which campaigns work.
• Usage data: if analytics are enabled, services such as Google Analytics and Meta collect pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and similar technical information using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your proposal.
• To follow up about Conduence services you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business (for example website hosting, form handling, email and analytics/advertising platforms), and where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside Jamaica.

How long we keep it

We keep proposal requests for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to marketing, by emailing conduencejm@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through your Google and Meta account settings.
