How does live taxi tracking work in the app?
The driver app shares the car’s location while a trip is active. Your rider sees the car approach on the map with an arrival time, and your dispatch office sees every active car on one live map in the browser.
Can riders share their trip with someone else?
Yes. Riders can send a trip link to family, a hotel front desk or a colleague, who can follow the car to the destination.
Do drivers need special equipment for tracking?
No. Tracking runs through the driver app on an ordinary Android or iPhone smartphone with mobile data. There is no hardware to install in the vehicle.
Can dispatch track trips that were booked by phone?
Yes. When your dispatcher enters a phone or WhatsApp booking on the dispatch dashboard and assigns it, that trip is tracked on the same live map as app bookings.
Is the driver’s location tracked when they are off duty?
Location is shared while a driver is online and on trips for your company. Drivers go offline at the end of a shift, and the details are agreed with you during onboarding.
What does live tracking cost?
